your story, my chapter isn’t just another YouTube travel or documentary series.
It’s about capturing the heart of what makes each story unique. It’s about connecting with individuals who pour their soul into their passions and culture to keep their crafts, foods and experiences alive. It’s about giving you a platform to share your journey and the history behind what you do.
And, of course, it’s about me diving in and trying it myself to experience the beauty of that story firsthand.

Each episode of Your Story, My Chapter is a short immersive journey into someone else’s world. We begin by introducing the guest: a local expert, artisan, or cultural bearer, and the unique skill, tradition, or activity they represent. They share their story: how they learned what they know, why it matters to them, and what it means within the broader cultural or historical context.
Then, I step into their world and try it for myself. Whether that’s making maple syrup, weaving, lion dancing, or something entirely new. The camera follows the experience honestly, with all the curiosity, excitement, and challenges that comes with learning something for the first time.
Each episode will be featured on YouTube and Instagram as part of the Your Story, My Chapter series. As a thank you, you'll receive a highlight reel (up to 60 seconds), select individual edited clips, and a professional photo gallery that you’re welcome to use for your own website or social media*
*You will receive full digital usage rights. For any commercial print or third-party licensing, we can discuss those requirements separately as needed.
This project is about celebrating your story and making sure you have a piece of it to keep and share.
